Our mission is to repair or replace all those smaller items that annoy
you on a day-to-day basis. We have included several photos on this
web site demonstrating larger jobs that we have completed and are
at the upper end of the scope we would like to be involved with.
Please use this web site to contact us supplying a list of repairs you
require. We will quickly schedule a visit to evaluate the situation and
provide an estimate for your consideration.
We are residents of Castle Pines Village and are limiting our activities
to our neighborhood to eliminate travel time, minimize overhead and
provide you the best, most cost effective and timely service possible.
Our work consisted of rebuilding the fireplace with design and installation of the slate including glass accent pieces. Replacing the
hardwood floor, baseboard and new crown molding . Trimming all windows with solid oak, removing acoustic finish from the
ceiling, refinishing and painting all walls and ceiling. Imbedding conduit in the wall to run cables from flat screen to video
components located in cabinet next to the fireplace.
